Cologne Canal and Wastewater Treatment Colloquium
September 11 to 12 at the Maternushaus, Cologne
The Cologne Canal Colloquium has looked at issues concerning sewage technology for more than eighteen years now.
The colloquium delves deep into topics such as the construction, operation, condition assessment, maintenance, and rehabilitation of sewers, the assessment and evaluation of the environmental hazard potential or existing influences due to extraneous water, but also the assessment of the legal situation.
Besides topics relating to sewage technology, current issues relating to the technology, operation, and maintenance of wastewater treatment plants have featured on the program since 2008. As a result, the name of the two-day event has been adapted to the Cologne Canal and Wastewater Treatment Colloquium.
The event takes place once a year in Cologne.
The organizers are:
- the municipal drainage companies of Cologne, AöR
